replaced all instances of UnderlyingPartPerTile="" with CreateUnderlyingWhenDestroyed = false
(this fixes reactors and a few others)

fixed armor wedges being destroyed crashing the game (having an underlying part per tile bigger than one tile was not a good idea...)

fixed all shields using the large shield generator as base - Emitter Collider no longer needs to be chained to ArcShield
