• Made some SFX changes for FTILT, DTILT, USTRONG, FAIR, BAIR & DAIR

JAB:
• Minor update for the sprites

DTILT:
+ Start-Up increased from 7 -> 9
• Hitbox 1’s Angle has been changed from 70 -> 80
• Hitbox 2’s Angle has been changed from 80 -> 70
• Updated DTILT’s hurtbox sprites

DATTACK:
• Shantae no longer bounces back on hit

DAIR:
+ Start-Up increased from 10 -> 13

NSPECIAL:
-Fireballs no longer fill up Magic Meter on hit
• Three Fireballs now cost 25 instead of 20

FSPECIAL:
• You can now only climb the wall once in Monkey form

DSPECIAL:
• Enemy Players can now hit/destroy the Stormpuff
