I did the most disgusting coding of my life, but managed to work around the V4 player controller crashes

Changelog:
- Bots now react to all player fired bullets
- Bots now hear player shots
- The bot count panel can again be accessed in admin cam

Due to the recent V4 update, anticheat is crashing some modded servers. This is a Squad issue, but can be fixed by limiting some features.
Until OWI fixes it:
- Bots won't react to player fired bullets unless they hit the bot
- Bots can't hear player shots
- The bot count panel can not be accessed in admin cam

Good news though, this update comes with lots of new stuff

Changelog:
- Bots can now hear gunshots
- Bots have better searching behaviour
- Bots now have inventories they can access
- Bots now switch to their pistols (or any other loaded weapon ||including RPGs||) if they need to reload in combat
- Bots will reload any of their unloaded weapons when out of combat
- Bots will move to make sure their weapon is in arming range
- Fixed bots using full auto on semi auto guns (e.g. sks)
- Bots now use the active cap as a target (important for future use in larger gamemodes), using a move target if they're not on a player team

- Mod is far smaller, now only 44MB
- Set up the mod so it can be implemented in other mods
- Bots now try to take cover if they're being shot at. if they're being shot at, but they're already shooting aiming at that enemy, they won't take cover. If they're being shot at by multiple enemies, they'll take cover. If they get hit by an enemy, they'll focus on getting to cover and give up shooting the enemy.
- Bots now try to take cover if they need to reload
- Added sway and recoil to bots on servers
- Added stamina to bots
- Fixed Bots clumping in spawns
- Bots can no longer see through camo nets
- Harju_Seed_v1_Bots - fixed multiple nav mesh issues
- Fallujah_Seed_v1_Bots - fixed bots falling into the tunnels on
- Sumari_Seed_v1_Bots - fixed rock by russian spawn which the bots are getting stuck on
- Fixed bots getting stuck on deployables (they now just run straight through)
- Bot bodies now last 20 seconds after death (was 5)
- Fixed Bots in local within 200m of any fob radios not be able to spot enemies
- Fixed bot health damage on local
- Muted hit sounds on local
- Made bots crouch run faster
