Thanks for reaching out, I sent you a PM. We can inspect the trouble together as soon as you're ready.
The mod works for me. You just have to choose a map with "adminchangelayer" command. It's okay if it doesn't show any commands with "bots" addition to them, you just gotta input a map name and a game mode name that can seed, the bots will automatically added to the game.
For example, after acquiring all of squidbot mods, just type adminchangelayer Talil_Seed and you're good to go, you'll be able to play against and with bots.

Sorry it took so long to get the vanilla maps working again. I tried everything (rebaking all the navmeshes, rewriting the navmesh baker), and the fix ended up just being deleting my existing ModSDK and cooking the mod on a new ModSDK 🙂
