Added mod settings and optional patches for replacing/adding the TD Voice gene to other vanilla races. There is also an experimental setting that replaces all voice gene sounds with the ones used for the TD Voice gene, which can be used for any modded races that have their own sound genes, assuming the folder structure is similar to Vanilla.

Also added additional optional sounds for draft/undraft and pawn death.

Most settings are disabled by default, so the mod wont be messing with your races unless you tell it to.
