-Fixed a bug where librarians with Feral Knives would be unable to preview their hands during abno selection.
-Concentrated Fire and Pinpoint Shot now inflict more bleed.
-Feral Knives no longer requires Charge to use, now it has a penalty for failing to meet the threshold like the other R-Mod mass attacks.
-Updated Localization Files

Removed the charge requirement from Concentrated Fire and Pinpoint Shot and gave them new effects. Fixed some small localization errors.

Fixed an issue with the Harmony patch used to fix Maxim's SFX, and adds a new config option (you'll have to launch Ruina once for it to show up)
