Dec. 18th Update

NPC Questline 0.8
Phase 1 of the main Questline is incomplete in an attempt to meet a deadline, but is in a good playable state with sufficient content for the time being.
Do not deliberately camp the quest safezone entrance. This goes both ways; If you are entering the quest safezone, be mindful of your surroundings. This will be held with similar moderation as warp camping.

Fixed glitched ocean ravine bunker door and added sound effects.
Fixed one misplaced military crate in the coalition outpost.
Fixed the op ghost zombies in military (changed them to a few lightning mega spawns)
Fixed first scorpion keycard being invisble.
Fixed floating safezone bridges.
Fixed slippery glass for breakable glass cases.
Changed ocean material and added more underwater details, including some patches to underwater areas.
Changed terrain around Pine Thicket, the river falling from Cader Campground, surroundings to the Scorpion 7 HQ-3, and several other small locations.
Added a few notes around, including one new note variant.
Added some sidewalk cutouts for the Kinzburg road.
Added spawns from 71 vehicles modpack to military vehicle spawns.
Added more details to the police boat crash island and expanded the nav zone.
Added crystals to Crystal Beach.
Added some breakable backpack objects around the map and added a few breakable dufflebag objects.
Added details to and expanded the harbor location on the beach.
Added several ambience volumes around the map in appropriate locations to add a fog effect.
Added cards for the floating prison doors and filled-out the location with more details.
Added stuff to the pirate ship, including pirates. The pirates only drop police loot for now.
Added more details around kinzburg to make the location feel more complete.
Added and changed some map details; including description, tips, and loading credits.
Added usage hints to some objects, such as scoprion keycards.
Added a road connecting Scorpion 7 HQ-3 and the road from Kinzburg to Raylan Military.
Added AK12.
