* Added more reset cubes, hopefully making the time stuck shorter on most of the rocky surfaces that are out of bounds.

Kouhai Cup 5: The Volcanic Village

Version 1.1

* Tilted the pipe on hole 10, hopefully preventing people from getting stuck.
* Added a secret on hole 10.
* Upped the par on some holes.
* Fixed a visual bug with the volcano.
* Made it harder to fall down to hole 2 from hole 16.
