Fixed issue with small grid inventory blocks not seeing all possible destinations for cargo, especially through subgrids or large grid conveyor ports in-between.

Added safety check to make sure the mod isn't attempting to move a negative amount of items.

Fixed large blocks in small grids sometimes pretending to be small conveyored blocks.
Moved Empty All button above the inventory list
Fixed Translation issues (was attempting to cache it too fast)
Fixed logic break that prevented the mod from acting on some inventories on super large grids.
Added a method to queue up coop assemblers from the masters. If a coop assembler is not producing anything it takes a portion of the queue from the master assembler.
