Found original compiled model and textures that was released, so there are some changes:

• removed translucent hair layer
  
• Joker now have yellow teeth
  
• hair texture changed to be not plain green color, also added forehead hair
  
• almost all textures now have Phong support

• Recompiled using leaked HL2 assets
  
• Added NPC icons
  
• Changed internal name of NPC's
  
• Cleaned up all .vmt files
