Bug fixes and small balances

General
- all characters got the "wounded" ability

Eldyra
- reduced leadership (know 85)
- increased ap damage for foot and steed variant (know 240)

Liandra
- reduced leadership (know 85)
- increased ap damage for foot and steed variant (know 240)

Aliathra
- reduced leadership (know 85)
- reduced armour for foot and steed variant (know 20)

Loranrol
- Loranrol's griffon variant should now be able to fly and "run"

Lirazel
- added attribute charge reflection
