- Fixed a bug where Palutena would immediately land when using Nspecial right above the ground (such as when buffering it out of jumpsquat). Now, it should feel much smoother when using low-altitude floats.

- Fixed code to allow reverse tilts out of jab on whiff.

- Dattack Late Hit active time decreased: 8f -> 5f
This reduces the total amount of time she has armor, while also making the move slightly quicker overall due to the shorter duration.

-FSPECIAL'S INPUT SYSTEM HAS BEEN CHANGED! It should feel much more natural to input the far-distance version with a stick flick on controller, and on keyboard you can now use a walk/run button to determine which distance you get.

-Dspecial's Reflect Barrier now has a short (15 frame) cooldown between when it can fire its reflect laser. This is to prevent interactions where an article that spawns hitboxes every frame would trigger the reflect laser every frame, potentially dealing extreme damage to opponents caught in it.

-Bair Hitpause Scaling increased: 0.6 -> 0.8

-Ustrong early hits active time decreased: 5f -> 3f
-Ustrong late hit active time decreased: 12f -> 9f
-Ustrong endlag increased: 20f -> 25f (30f -> 38f on whiff)

-Fixed a bug where Palutena's dress would display as the wrong color on the online character select screen.

-FSPECIAL multihits adjusted to connect more consistently and not spit the opponent out at a bad angle.

-Hopefully fixed an issue where Jumpglide wouldn't get properly cancelled when Palutena gets hit, affecting her launch trajectory.

-Adjusted the custom hit VFX to appear on top of the hit opponent (this is how base game hit VFX work).
