Updated some small visual changes for 'The Covenent'

Added Sierra 117 mission at night
Added Crows Nest (lights out edition); its still a WIP so you might see some visual issues in some places
Added Cortana, its still a WIP so you might see some visual issues in some places
Added Halo mission at night
Finally fixed phantom's searchlight tracking with weapon and producing a light!
Lightning on The Storm is less blinding.
Wraith mortar projectile and explosion are brighter
Tweaked the helmet flashlight so you can see shadows produced by it better. (Flashlight version only)
