slapping glove no longer available for sale in stores

removed the slapping glove (an unfinished item) from being capable of spawning, gave it some value so that it may atleast be worth something to those who may have found it

increased the weapon spawnrates slightly (0.01 -> 0.015)

decreased spawnrate and increased sell price of the golden statue to its original value after confirming that it is actually possible to find it :)

surf shark custom can now be used as a flashlight on right click

heavy fissile accelerator now uses slightly more rod condition to fire
(3 shots per normal rod vs 4 for the vanilla accelerator)

gave shell ejection particles to the weapons whose ingame counterparts have it, except for the revolvers because that is stupid

adjusted spawn rates to be 2x-4x less common in some instances

hopefully this causes these weapons to feel more like well earned treasure for having braved a dangerous scenario instead of candy being handed out of the end of a dentist appointment (yes they rlly did that)

major rework to some weapons:

military assault rifle now has an underbarrel grenade launcher

piranha machine pistol is now silenced

heavy fissile accelerator now charges slowly and does high damage

shredder should be fixed???

giftgiver now causes paralysis

solid gold statue is now more common and the sell price has been halved (i dont think it was even able to be found before)

piezo caster now takes an entire battery charge to fire

some name and description changes:
tigress's fang --> fang of the tiger
chemical edge --> chemical diving knife

some weapons are currently unable to be found in wrecks
these either still need to be reworked after changes in updates broke them or
removed entirely as they felt as though their differences didn't justify their existence

these weapons are:
Model 7 (or stinger)
Emperor
Contamination Device
Spring Hammer


(these still exist in the mod for those who have already found them in a playthrough, they are just now unable to be found currently)


uhhhhhh

fixed the barrel positions of any weapons that needed it

made the texture file resolutions odd numbers to cause them to no longer be compressed

and also probably did some other minor shit that i have now entirely forgotten

added a usable sword display in the sub editor for the katana

(only took me 3 days to figure out the issue :ooooo)

separatist reputation items are now sold in military outposts rather than cities

samurai sword has been renamed to katana and moved to the coalition

certain weapons can now be purchased from their respective faction store at certain level of reputation

military assault rifle - 80 rep
katana - 100 rep
the quick-med - 70 rep (from medical centers only)

separatists
pirahna machine pistol - 70 rep
deadeye rifle - 90 rep

church of husk
giftgiver - 60 rep
contamination device - 80 rep

children of the honkmother
hornvolver - 50 rep
honkmothers hammer - 90 rep
