Fixing the hash bug

Nerfed the engine and added autofill tags to cabinets

More waypoint fixes + should spawn with guns in the explosive crate now

Minor waypoint update maybe it'll fix the ladder bug?

Fixed waypoints (hopefully), fixed navigation terminal not displaying status monitor, no need to crouch in cargo hold
