Adjusted item size of gravity lift and deployable cover to match campaign sizes, as well as fixed first person animation on Suplex Pistol

Fixed a few issues, including the AR and Needler looking ghostly with Campaign Customization enabled, adjusted the damage of the Fire Hydrant (Water) down a bit, and a few other minor changes.
