Extended delay before snipers get their guns to try to address a sporadic bug in which your reticle is completely off after getting your gun.

Made minigame description shorter, and fixed possible issue with damage preventing gun from being held correctly.

BIG UPDATE!

1. Fixed the issues with players spawning in the same sniper nest, or no players spawning as snipers. (At least I think I did; it works when I test it with bots)
2. Added powerups to the game.
3. Extended the map, including some interactable elements.
