Fixed some stuff:

- Gleapling lore books were set to appear .5% of the time which doesn't sound like a lot, but I meant to set it to .05% to keep it from infesting the universe more than the Gleapling themselves. They are now FAR less common.

- Gleapling have been slightly nerfed. Damage and health are now lower so on the off-chance you find a Fire Gleapling on a Garden planet you will no longer die instantly due to them dealing way too much damage.
