Added the ability to change Cigarette Stress color to any color

Added functionality to save and load custom presets via the menu,
Added a new Horizontal Bars default settings, which can be loaded from the presets menu.
Reset functionality changed slightly, Reseting a bar or bars resets them to the last LOADED preset, or vertical default if no presets have been loaded.

Sickness bar now displays the greater value between Sickness and ColdStrength. ColdStrength and sickness both only apply in specific niche scenarios so i figured it was better to combine them

Fixed Panic's moodle thresholds

Adjusted Images to be more consistent and removed some unessessary ones.

Added Threshold lines to Protein and Calories,
Protein's threshold lines show the values for the strength xp gain/penalty thresholds
Calories threshold lines show when your character will start gaining/losing weight.

Added Encumbrance bar

Solved the problem preventing the addition of new bars.
Added Panic, Sickness, Protein, Fat, and Carbohydrate bars
Reorganized the default positions of all bars.

(When launching the mod the new bars will appear in their default positions, possibly overlapping with pre-existing ones)
