This is only 1 part of a bigger update. This may have broken some things, please bare with me.

Completely rewrote the Phaser Bolt code.
started updating the models and textures, so far includes;
- Discovery Phaser
- Shark Phaser
- Wrath of Khan Phaser
- Search For Spock Phaser
- Cobra Phaser
moved the Discovery Phaser, (Type 3) Compression Rifle, and Kelvin weapons to the new bolt base
updated a few icons
added the romulan disruptor icon
Added EF2 Phaser Rifle with Bolt fire.

- Organized the categories.
- Made it so the tools/communicators only show up in the menu if you are subscribed to them.
- Fixed the TOS Film Phasers not showing up in the menu
