Updated for 4.1.1 but the skills only work with Legendary Lords and Heroes from the base game and DLCs for now, as I don't know how to fix and add the skills to the modded characters with the new table formula in RPFM yet.

Change the required level for unlocking skill from Level 2 to Level 10 as intended. (Forgot to change back when I was testing the mod.)
