New Year's Resolution Update:
-removed respawn script as it is broken

-Modified starting equipment so that a silenced pistol and ammo is always available
-Changed helicopter to a noncombat one since it did not have ammo anyways
-Switched intro text to one similar to those from the campaign
-Edited briefing
