+ Fixed a minor error where some drawn sprites wouldn't follow sprite scale, angle, etc in niche cases (ex: rune K)
+ Overhauled the timer on the DAir grab (before it would only run out off-stage, now it will also do it on-stage after a bit of time, mostly to prevent bouncy objects like Aria's mushroom making the grab infinite)
+ Made heart VFX when next to Starter spawn during any taunts

- UAir back hit was moved up a little to make it hit below her a bit less, and one of the front hits is a bit smaller
- DSpecial mirror now takes a bit more damage than before when Pauline is launched into it, and also a bit more on top of that if the mirror is placed horizontally (mainly to weaken its ability to be used as a safety net)
