- Forgot to inclue the fucking file

- Fixed an isssue where if you fully charge the batteries the whole system would break due to overvoltage (fun :D)
- Made changes to the Description to clarify some things
- Added a reactor to the item assembly so that you have an easier time wiring the thing!
