Animations for Custom Hazards should play for all players now.
Added a new Electrical Hazard.
Added exclamation marks next to all custom Hazards.
(This is to help against the mod editor issue of custom images not loading)
Changed some of the Electrical tile positions to make it less cluttered.

Adjusted the timings on some of the custom hazards to make them more fluid.

Attempted to fix an issue with custom board tile images not loading - not sure if fix will work until after I update.
