Updated to version 2.0:

Added Railfan AI
Added Ion AI
Added Wall AI
Added Orbiter AI (both directions)
Added Scout AI

Removed some useless AIs.
Old saves that have ships with either Sway, Flee, or Evade AI selected WILL CRASH THE GAME!
