Added the Archivist Enclave.

Fixed a potential issue where shielding any planet would enable empires to take down the shield, so long as it was in a system spawned as part of this mod and if they had not entered it prior to the shielding of the planets.

Shielded systems generated from the banished threat origin should no longer use anomalies

The shielded systems no longer uses anomalies, allowing multiple empires to have the deshield projects at the same time.

This does not (yet) apply to those generated by the banished threat origin nor the one in the Zentak system.

Some precursor traits have been nerfed slightly.

Scientists are no longer garaunteed to get precusor traits before you have found a precusor homeworld.

Reduced the chance of getting precursor traits in general.

Banished Threat now has slightly different outcomes for the shielded worlds near their starting system that are not guaranteed habitable worlds. While the outcomes are almost the same as before, it's now easier to add more varied outcomes.

Shielded worlds in the ancient systems now have their outcomes affected by habitable world settings. More habitable worlds will increase the chance of tomb worlds and terraforming candidates, while fewer habitable worlds means a lowered chance of tomb worlds and terraforming candidates

Buying artifacts from private collectors now happens when you use the new minor artifact action instead of happening randomly

Added support for museum workers modded relics effects. Requires a "patch" mod that adds these effects.
