-Added a non functional bombsite under the ground to prevent bot AI looking for a bombsite and generating errors every frame in deathmatch mode for some reason. This is a test update, may be reverted to the older version.

-Added a new entity that executes a command and allows for bonus pickups to be placed in deathmatch since weapons on the ground cannot spawn in deathmatch mode.
