Visual Enhancements, modded species support, and bandages!

Gameplay:
- Replaced ugly crate with a nice cardboard box
- Added custom lua to give human T1 armor to modded species
- Added bandages to boxes

Backend:
- Improved patch method (patched to array instead of to numbered index of the ship locker)
- Removed .modinfo
- Improved Metadata
- Code cleanup
