IMPORTANT: With this update there are no changes made beside the fixes listed above.

The DB now also contains the adapted OfficialRelease.cdb for the Anti-Inflation Tool.

- Updated the Anti-Inflation Tool (big thanks to Ja/Petfret) -> you will find it directly in the DB folders!

Changes made for the Anti-Inflation Tool by Ja/Petfret:
- Finetuned formulas, mainly 5 and 5,5 pots are slightly nerfed
- Finetuned list of riders with custom potential, now a list of 250+ riders, but you are still free to make your own changes here
- Updated instructions, most importantly step 1.7. So hopefully things will be clearer now.

Good news: Ja/Petfret did the DB setup for you this time. He provided a .cdb of WorldDB that is already set up to work with his tool. The 'First Year' and 'Following Years' excel files are also ready to use. So you can skip section 1 until next WorldDB update.

Regarding the tips of XKDay: Tip 2 was correct, the issue is fixed. Tip 1 is correct that his instructions were unclear, but the suggested solution definitely fucks things up, so disregard that. The issue should be resolved by being more clear in the instructions in step 1.7.
