Add thecraftianman's recoil/FOV fixes
New hybrid trace to help with hit registration at close distances, they still deal ACF damage but only if the entity that would be hit is compatible with ACF damage; if this fails it will default to firing an ACF bullet
Rebalance/fix for AMR/Bazooka/Panzerschreck

Giant enemy bug squashed!
Finally fixed a long standing issue that only rarely occurred, where the client would sometimes not catch a variable update telling them a weapon is automatic, so it would look like the weapon only fired once and only recoil once, while the weapon is in fact still firing on the serverside.

Mostly moved away from soundscripts, for the weapons that don't have them packed
Also added prefixes to existing sounds to recreate what those scripts provided

* Fixed clientside firerate animation being too fast
* Fixed unnecessary extra dryfiring
* Removed lag compensation, not required/useful due to ACF projectiles

Known issues: Bolt action weapons don't always cycle the bolt after the first round fired of a magazine/clip
