LV8 display changes: made it glow, bundled correct font[www.dafont.com] and added background "segments" display
(it's 20 minutes of packing this addon alone after few crashes, now i understand why it's easier to just nuke all your stuff than maintain it)

note: update/patching might be slow due to addon size, restart the game if it tells you that download is canceled in console
