-Implemented improved load routine provided by Taurus that provides more error checking for nonstandard steam installs.
-Updated virustotal link with new script.

Thanks to some feedback from Erik Taurus I found a way to get auto detection of the steam install path.
-Updated PowerShell script to look up steam install path from the registry.
-Relocated functionality of the batch file into the script, removing the need for it.
-updated the shortcut to point directly to the powershell script.
-Updated virustotal link with version of script.

-Removed a couple redundant parts of script.
-Added Min and Max config variables to beginning of script for each density type.
