The recent update to the Surveillance Balloon caused this mission to stop working. Fixed the problem and it's playable again.

Noticed something that didn't belong there and removed it.

• Bid farewell to Riten's Hot Air Balloon model and replaced it with my own Surveillance Balloon model
  
• Rewrote and rerecorded the voicelines.
  
• Added a proper ending sequence to reward the player after the succesful mission.
  
• Added a failed state ending.
  

Since the retexture was removed from Workshop, the balloon uses it's normal texture. This is until I can get a workaround done.
