General Changes and Bugs/Fixes:

Dumbbell no longer breaks projectiles when unactive
Dumbbell now doesn't get caught on ledge if you grab it
+Dumbbell hitbox is now slightly larger to fully encompass the sprite to make some weird bugs not occur
Dumbbell now correctly becomes inactive on parry
+Uspecial can be walljumped in the endlag
Parrying NSPECIAL immediately no longer uses NSPECIAL hurtbox for pratfall
+Grab restores double jump on hit.
-Jab can now be parried
