-New super meter gain meter on hit and lose some on hurt. lose 1 level on death.
-Down Special counter active from frames 4 - 10
-Added Raging Storm Super. Press down special with max meter to use.
-Neutral Special has a Super version when holding down (costs 1 level of meter)
-ground side special can be jump canceled on hit
