    Major fixes
    • Fixes to Lower Canada and Upper Canada content
    • Update how IGs appear to prevent a significant amount of crashes.
    • Remove marginalization and IG traits. Instead IGs lose their bonuses from cabinet positions when unhappy.
    The Movement Rework
    • Movements now can cause IGs to split, and form new IGs.
    • Movement can influence IG's ideology into supporting their beliefs.
    • Movements will pressure and scare IGs into supporting law votes.
    • Movement attraction has been reworked to take into account new values: Labor Consciousness and Liberal Consciousness
      • The higher these values are the more pops will support movements of their corresponding types. Different pop types are impacted differently by these values.

Allow player to see the changed forpol law from appointing a minister
Allow player to open the IG selection menu at any time (this might cause lag, I am investigating.)

Fix a bug where you could not see the synergy of an IG during Cabinet
Fix a bug where the predicted synergy of an IG during minister selection was inaccurate
Reduce loyalists from firing/appointing cabinet members

Remove unpolished 'Party Establishment' function
