- added airlock to nevada docking station; you can now leave nevada in a diving suit if you want (for whatever reason)
- incorporated more loot-table based loot generation in some containers
- fixed the 'gas' option in the police station torture chamber
- you can now lock the back entrance of the hobo bunker (under the new church-esque building)
- you can no longer take the diesel bio-fuel out of the generators in buildings where you aren't supposed to
- buffed maid outfit
- buffed terrorist clothes
- propofol can no longer spawn naturally in toxcabinets. It must be crafted from now on
- modified liquid nitrogen syringe to apply more slowly after initial injection
- upgraded beacon station to now have 1 double coilgun and 1 machine gun turret
- modified almost every jobs starting skills to better match their objectives and role in nevada
- adrenaline can now be used to reduce chloroform and propofol effects; with some downsides if used too much at once.
- remade slums medbay completely

[Border Tower]
- updated holding cell to be more robust
- added radio range extender pack for whoever spawns as a Border Patrol Officer

[Hospital]
* completely remade reactor room
* junction boxes are now scattered around, linking to nearby appliances instead of being bundled up in one spot
* remodelled the layout of the armory, and reduced size in general

[Subway]
- removed the "fast travel" fake elevators and replaced them with lua ZDoors where you click a door and it brings you to your destination instead

[Server Changes]
- added server tooltips that inform players of certain features like the admin pm command, and other helpful things (these tooltips appear in chat periodically)
- you are now notified as a server host if you chose the wrong level seed, for the custom beacon station to spawn
- compiled lua hooks into 1 singular hook resulting in hopefully better serverside performance

[Other Changes]
- chloroform is now less fast-acting and requires 35 medical skill to use to its full potential
- dead bodies now only passively despawn every 3 minutes instead of 1. This is to prevent clogging up server logs too much
- decreased the time it takes to read Advanced skillbooks
- decreased the afflicted amount of frostbite you are dealt over time from being in the ice cave or mountain
- half of the Civilian spawnpoints are now in the city
- duffel bags are now cleared every 10 minutes instead of 8
- added a wireless radio transmission system to Nevada. This system can send long-range text messages to all shuttles and any active beacon stations

- temporarily removed mp18 round from world war weaponry mod since they are causing server desync
- added brunhes lineavirus antidotes in medbay
- greatly increased all medical supplies in medbay
- modified starting minerals/materials in police station bunker
- cyanide no longer naturally spawns in the medbay
- fixed prison escape cave/path flooding the medbay with water

[Border Tower Changes]
* added viewing window that peers downward into the border doorway | able to be opened and closed.
* added way to toggle the border doors open/closed from inside the border rather than having to do it manually
- above changes suggested by @Zerberus

[Beacon Station]
* added a nice and cozy place to 'escape' to from the shuttles. (doesn't always generate properly)

- removed cursed mask in one of the shuttles
- added excellent quality wrenches and screwdrivers in terrorist base
- added more cave minerals
- heavy armory now unlocks after 12 minutes instead of 10
- remade watchtower (again) to make it more visually pleasing (the one on the mountain)
- changed the interior of the terrorist base quite a bit and added more storage
- also, a beep sound plays when there is movement detected in the cave below
- upon being enlisted into the terrorist organization, you will be granted a terrorist idcard that lets you access the Terrorists Base. Precautions have been made to make sure police cannot get their hands on any terrorist id cards. (you still need a terrorist with a valid terrorist idcard to grant you access to the enlistment card)
- Terrorist base is now much easier to repair & Added two more fire extinguishers in the event of a fire
- police station entrance from the right side can now be locked
medical room in hospital (containing toxins & antidotes) can now be locked by medical officers
- disabled Entrepreneur role
- added new cave area in mountain
- M1 Garand now spawns in the slums (if you have World War Weaponry installed)
