Slimpurt Version 1.10.2

Slimpurt's getting big buffs and rebalances today to make him more fun to fight as and against.

Changed HP: 1200 -> 1400

Gave Slimpurt their dashes back

Removed hitbox on Hop and Super Hop

Reverted Hop's jump angle to be normal
- No more weird frame kill hop

Reworked how moves cancel into each other

Hurtbox resized so that Slimpurt no longer low-profiles moves on wait
- The same applies for Slimpurt's Summons
- Yes, this means Cowboy gets to hit HSlash on Slimpurt now

Throw
- Now gives a knockdown
- Easier to DI down

Summon
- Changed hp reduction: 65 -> 25
- Summon spawn changed: F6 -> F4
- Summons are no longer parriable
- Now has a landing hitbox
- Reduced DI modifier on passive hitbox (for Wait, Jump, Fall, and Landing): 1.0 -> 0.0
- Changed passive hitbox Blockstun (for Wait, Jump, Fall, and Landing): +0 -> +1

Slimeballs
- Reduced damage: 95 -> 55
- Changed hp reduction: 85 -> 25
- Slimeball projectiles are no longer parriable
- The opponent can hit the Slimeballs to disable them
- Slimeball hurtbox resized to be easier to hit
- Grants free-cancel on hit
- Changed Blockstun: +0 -> +1

Command
- Now Free-cancellable
- IASA changed: F14 -> F16

Recall
- Now Free-cancellable

Foul Play
- Heavily reduced knockback
- Now causes a knockdown

Spike
- Heavily reduced knockback

Block
- No longer disables all Summons and Puddles on use, but now only recalls Summons.
- When Summons are recalled, it spawns a puddle. Practically works the same as the move "Recall" now.

- Summon now starts in a launched state. In launch state:
- Summon is invulenrable until touching the ground
- Summon can't be commanded until touching the ground
- Removed selection for specefic slime types
- You can now check the Llifetime ticks (how long can be active until it despawns) for summons

Command
- Can now command all slimes to either Spike or Zone

Slimeballs (Special)
- Costs 850 hp to use instead of meter
- Can now delete other projectiles
- Meter version has been named to Slimeballs: EX

Sludge Puddle
- No longer has a hitbox
- Passively prepares more Lifetime for the next slime summoned from the puddle.
- You can now check the lifetime ticks for the Sludge Puddle

Face Hug
- On Hit: Gain 850 Hp

Fixed issue where moves such as Hammer Time and Cannonball couldn't block after hit
- You can now Burst Read at times you previously couldn't

Jump and Double Jump
- Modified jump angle limitations (buff)
- Removed all dashes to substitute for jump changes
