+ dual talon pushback removed, even easier to land
+ dual talon takes only one bar of meter
+ dual talon made unblockable
+ hitting landing hitbox will let you cancel into other attacks
+ ground knee and jab come out one frame faster
+ landing exhaust can no longer be parried
+ low level talon can knock into air
+ effects of DI reduced on several moves
+ max reach for the sun increased
+ Phoenix Down, sundial and red hot spike reach for the sun gain increased
= flame driver cannot be clashed
= talon hitboxes changed to better represent animation
= Sundial has reduced gravity
- removed third air option
- low level talon backblast removed
- infinite ashtray when opponent DI's down removed


notes:
dual talon is supposed to be a powerful semi-cinematic move that deals powerful guaranteed damage at the cost of reach for the sun, but seeing as reach for the sun is hard to obtain and even harder to keep i decided to make dual talon less risky.

phoenix needed more time to capitalise on the landing hitbox, so i tried something to make phoenix ready much quicker.

phoenix's one weakness was supposed to be DI, facing someone who can effectively use DI frankly neutered phoenix and made it almost impossible to utilize reach for the sun. i still want that to be the case to a much less degree.

the knee and jab did not see much use ever, making the hits come out slightly quicker may make them a better option in neutral.

reach for the sun needed to be a meter to increase damage, but at max level it is hard to keep with thinks like flap, ambition, and dual talon all taking chunks out. with the max meter values increased from 20 > 24 it should be easier to leniently use those moves without being too punished.

moves that i found harder to hit i granted the ability to gain more reach for the sun meter

flame driver could be clashed very easily, but that was not the intent of flame driver.

talons hitboxes were made to come out at all the same time, but it was not representative of the animation. and at low levels the animation had no explosion during the first half. at low levels talon is supposed to be a backsway for punish and combo starting, but as levels increase it should become a high damage combo tool.

phoenix's third air option was redundant especially because the only real use phoenix has for super is converting it into air options. the third air option may come back in the future when phoenix has more use for super that would be more interesting.

5.5 update:
!NEW MOVE!; Flame Driver. fast multihit airdash that strikes through enemies and does not increase combo
also made it so humility and pride cannot combo into eachother or themselves, should make frame by framing much harder
