With the steam workshop release comes Cryomancer v1.3, both catching up to newer features and reworking some of cryo's tools

One piece of feedback I was seeing consistently was that Cryomancer is annoying to fight, and many replays I saw of him played him as more of a zoner than I had intended, using his speed to kite opponents. With this update, I intended to not only weaken this playstyle, but improve Cryomancer's tools for engaging onto his opponent.

Major changes include:
*Movement*
Skate has been given the base game dash treatment, weakening back skating while giving forward skating more precision.
I have also removed superdash, though I will be paying attention to how people react to this and might return it in an update.
Fixed an issue where glide was taking away speed instead of adding it when used to the left, as well as making the move a bit faster in general

*Attacks*
**New**: Slide - Slide is a new attack that gives Cryomancer a burst of forward momentum, and can break the speed cap when used with initiative.
**New**: Rake - Rake is a multihitting attack with downward knockback, regrounding opponents that are low to the ground.
**New**: Axe Kick - Axe Kick is an aerial with slower startup that launches the opponent towards the ground.

*Specials*
**New**: Spiral Snow - Spiral Snow pulls a nearby opponent towards Cryomancer on either side of him, pulling enemies forward that you might have barely passed
*Rework*: Crystal Needle - This move was, I feel, one large culprit in terms of making Cryomancer very annoying. The attack now has a new purpose. Cryomancer no longer throws a needle forward, but 3 needles fanning at an upward angle. The purpose of this move is now to cover the air and discourage the opponent from jumping too much. I'll be keeping an eye on opinions of this change.
Piercing Cold: Piercing Cold now has more vertical knockback. Fighting him, this means that you want to DI Piercing Cold up instead of down. This change was made with the intent of making DI down a less universally good option against him

*Supers*
Ice Spear - This is another decision that may be controversial, and I will be keeping an eye on how people feel about this change. Ice Spear now costs 2 meter, and has received buffs to damage and travel speed to compensate. Ice spear was not a case of a move that was too strong, I feel, but one that was too accessible. This change shouldn't make the move feel too nerfed, I hope, but should make you see less of them during a match.
Frozen Maiden - This move already existed to end off combos with high minimum damage, I've increased that minimum damage more.

I've been testing Cryomancer on a slightly older build of the game, so do let me know if there are issues, and as before, I will be keeping an eye on how people feel about these changes.
