v3.3
Small additional patch to the previous one.

- Heavenly Potemkin Buster no longer has camera movement. This caused too many issues.
- Heavenly Potemkin Buster will no longer mess up enemy dodges and rolls.
- Fspecial (Hammerfall) fixed a bug which allowed two hits of armor.
- Fspecial (Hammerfall) recovery changed from 25 to 33. This is accurate to the game, no clue why it was different.
- Fspecial (Hammerfall) will now take double hitstop when tanking an attack. This will allow the opponent to have time to escape sometimes.
- Fspecial (Hammerfall) will not grant Tension or Burst when tanking an attack, unlike how it is when hit normally.
- Fstrong (6H) angle changed from 35 to 45. Very slightly longer range.
- Nstrong (5H) very slightly shorter range.

- Fixed some CPU bugs.
- Changed some hit effects.

- Blue RC no longer puts UFstrong (5D) on a cooldown.
- Blue RC now takes 10 frames to complete instead of 15.
- Red RC now only gives a +20 frame advantage instead of +30.

- ALL tilts/strongs and specials now have much less ground friction during startup.

- Dattack (6K) can now be cancelled into any special during startup, not just Nspecial. Hitbox made larger.
- Bair (j.K) hitboxes made larger.
- Air Dspecial (Air Potemkin Buster) can now be B-reversed. Hitbox made taller.
- Air Nspecial (Air Grab) increased endlag on whiff. Reduced hitstun multiplier on ground hitbox. Now goes on a 40 frame cooldown instead of 30 when successful.
- Fspecial (Hammerfall) slam hitbox made taller.
- Fspecial stop (Hammerfall Break) now puts a very short cooldown on Dstrong (2S). This is to prevent an infinite.
- Dstrong (2S) has various hitpause related changes. This is to prevent an infinite. Other cancels should still be as viable as previously.
- Dstrong (2S) close hitbox made larger.
- Ustrong (2H) hitbox made larger.
- UFstrong (5D) air combo state should now be better at following the opponent horizontally on hit.
- Utilt (6P) hitbox made larger and moved up.
- Ftilt (c.S f.S) first hitbox made larger, second far hitboxes made larger.
- DFtilt (2K 2D) more disjointed hurtbox.
- Jab (5P 5K) first hitbox made taller and moved up. 2nd hitbox made larger, more kb, less kbs, angle 75 -> 80. Now moves forward when doing 2nd hit (or cancelling into tilt).

v3.0

Walk speed changed from 2.5 to 3. Dash speed changed from 2.5 to 3.
To compare, Pot walks/dashes the length of abyss stage in 226 frames instead of 271 frames.
To compensate, he now gets Tension faster from walking/dashing than previously.

Normal jump goes slightly higher. Shorthop goes slightly lower.
Jumpsquat changed from 5 (or 6 depending on how you count) frames to the universal 4 (or 5 depending on how you count) frames.

Techrolls are now normal. This is a too vital part of RoA to give up to faithfulness. Still at the lowest basecast end though, from 6 speed to 8.

Airdodges are now more normal. Same reasoning, but still not base RoA distance. Speed is generally 8, Pot used to be 4, is now 6.

Rolls are now slightly longer. From 5 to 6. Lowest basecast is 9.
This and above changes are to make Pot "25-33% worse" instead of "50% worse" at basecast things.

Pot used to have code that made the invincible part of a roll last around 6 frames longer to match his backdash invincibility in +R. This has been removed, he rolls with the same framedata as basecast. It just made it harder to punish dodged attacks.

All attack hurtboxes that were disjointed are now more disjointed and sensible.

__Potemkin Buster (Nspecial)__
Damage reduced from 30 to 25.
Knockback scaling significantly reduced. Sharper angle.
Opponent has different launch position. This makes it so the opponent is thrown into the ground in front of Potemkin instead of being launched far away.
Whiff recovery 40 -> 37
Will now land on platforms by default. You can hold Down to go through platforms.
No parry stun :)

__Air Potemkin Buster (Air Dspecial)__
Bigger hitbox. Damage reduced from 30 to 20.
Knockback scaling significantly reduced. Sharper angle.

__Air Grab (Air Nspecial)__

Reworked. Goes faster up and faster down. Better as an attack.
Reduced endlag. Reduced startup. Bigger hitbox. Slightly more damage.

__Heat Knuckle (Uspecial)__
Bigger hitboxes. Slightly more hitpause.

__Slidehead (Dspecial)__
Added more sound.

Less base knockback, hitstun multiplier from 0,8 to 1.
This makes it so opponents generally won't recover until they hit the ground, instead of becoming actionable in the air.
Increased Hitpause.

__Judge Gauntlet (DFspecial)__
Increased hitbox size. Increased damage.
No longer triggers on hitboxes with 0 dmg.
Can no longer be forced to be stuck in hitstop indefinitely.
The manual cancel (done using Attack during startup) now also sets own hitstop to 0.
Slightly more knockback scaling.

__Hammerfall (Fspecial)__
Moves faster. Shorter dashing duration.
This makes it cover an equal distance to previous patch, but in a much shorter amount of time.
Stronger windbox. Reduced startup slightly.
Fixed how HSP is applied.
"Air dash" tech significantly reduced. The increased speed since current Potemkin made it way faster than intended.

__5P 5K (Jab)__
Slightly more damage. More upwards angle.

__6K (Dattack)__
Cannot be jump cancelled during startup.
Increased hitbox size. Increased damage.
Reduced KB scaling. Increased Hitstun multiplier by 50%

__2P (Dtilt)__
Easier to change attack to 2K 2D (DFtilt) when chaining.
Less knockback scaling
Taller hitbox.

Can no longer fast fall during the Homing Jump state.

__2S (Dstrong)__
Reworked from 1 shitty hitbox to 2 better hitboxes. Will always pull towards Potemkin now.
Scaling reduced from 0,7 to 0. Knockback compensated to pull better.
Is now techable for airborne opponents who are hit. They still won't bounce however.
Now applies 4 extra frames of hitpause to enemies, changing it from -3 on hit to +3 on hit.

__c.S f.S (Ftilt)__
Now only tracks proximity horizontally. This should make the distance check make more sense.

__Heavenly Potemkin Buster__
VSP -10 -> -7,5. HSP 5 -> 7,5. Goes more diagonally.
Will still land on platforms by default, but you can hold Down to go through platforms.

__FDB (Parry counterattack)__
Projectile is half as fast. Projectile has twice the lifetime. Slightly bigger
This should make it a stage presence for longer at least.


Getting hit no longer grants flat 1 Tension.
Getting hit now grants Tension equal to 25% of damage taken rounded up, minimum 1.
Hitting enemy Tension calculation fixed. Now grants proper Tension amount when charging Strongs. Now no longer bugged with the bonus Tension Rune.
Hitpause changes.
Fixed RC scaling, it was possible to go beyond 100% before, causing it to stop working. Now reduces charged Strongs properly.
RCs are better at making sure the opponent isn't frozen inside the top blastzone.
RCs now reduce the resulting original knockback if not followed up on.
Fixed being able to strong charge roman cancels.
Changed visuals on Roman Cancels into their actual game visuals. Bursts now use the previous visual effect (as intended).
New colors. They don't look too good.

Bug fixes.

Bair has a better and more disjointed hurtbox.
Bair hitbox lifetime fixed, it was unintentionally shorter.
Dspecial close hitbox now does not last longer than long ranged hitbox.
Ftilt now actually has a hitbox on the tip of his fingers :)
Fspecial slam hitbox now moved slightly up and covers more inside Potemkin.
Air Nspecial now won't slow you down if you are going faster than 3 hsp.
Blue Roman Cancels now preserve the speed you had before the cancel.
Roman Cancels are finally now not covering the players anymore.

Fixed Dair behaving weirdly on loop, and fixed hurtbox slightly.
Fixed Air Uspecial having Angle Flipper 1 for some reason??
Fixed A TON of sprites being weirdly colored in other alts.
Fixed several alts, they are better again.
Fixed Air Dspecial (Air Pot Buster) not having the correct sprites.
Fixed some code things that were never an issue but they look better internally now.

NEW MOVE
JUDGE GAUNTLET:
His second Force Break from +R is here! To perform, have 25 or more Tension and press diagonally Down/Forward and Special. Judge gauntlet has full super armor in the startup, and getting hit during this time will make Potemkin hit 10 frames after hitstop. If not, this move has 28 frames startup. (This attack lacks sound at the moment)

New alt colors have been added! And previous colors should look better now.
Roman Cancels now use a new scaling system. Successful attacking RC will apply a stacking 25% dmg and tension gain reduction until the combo ends. This removes the previous way of healing the opponent on RC.
The Tension bar now has different colors for different values.


Fixed a typo in the Abyss Runes.
Fixed some sounds being played several times in a row.
Fixed nspecial hitbox being too small.
Fixed roman cancels playing their animation if you dodged after using one
Fixed Potemkin lacking a pratfall animation

Dspecial now has a hitbox on Potemkin's body which deals damage. This is more accurate to the +R version of the move.
Roman Cancels are now coded slightly differently, and should fail less often.
Roman Cancels now don't flashbang the entire Potemkin and you can actually see him perform the animation.
Fair Hitbox 1 is slightly further out.
Nspecial has a larger hitbox inside Potemkin, avoiding the issue of missing people right next to him.
Air Dspecial (Air Potemkin Buster) could accidentally grab grounded opponents, this is fixed now.
The new groundslam hitbox added to Air Nspecial now bounces the opponent up, instead of locking them to the ground. This prevents an almost infinite combo.
Air Nspecial is now reusable in the air again.
Utilt hitbox is slightly larger and further out.

ADDED NEW MOVE: AERIAL POTEMKIN BUSTER!
This is a new "Force Break" from +R. By pressing DSPECIAL in the air, and at the cost of 25 Tension, Potemkin can use an Aerial version of his NSPECIAL.

ADDED NEW MOVE: 5D, Standing Dust.
Up and Forward Strong becomes his +R Dust attack, instead of his normal Ustrong (2H). This applies the homing jump effect to Potemkin. Granting him the ability to cancel aerial attacks on hit, and fly after the opponent on each hit. This effect lasts for a limited time or until landing, and applies a 50% dmg reduction to his attacks.

Rune M now only gives Super Armor during startup.
Jab can be jump cancelled on hit.
Bair Hitbox 2 Angle: 30 -> 40.
Bair Hitbox 1 and 2 are now larger.
Dair Damage: 6 -> 7.
Ftilt1 Damage: 5 -> 7.
Ftilt1 Angle: 80 -> 75.
Ftilt1 KB Scaling: 0.3 -> 0.25.
Ftilt1 Hitpause: 7 -> 9.
Ftilt1 can be jump cancelled on hit.
Ftilt2 Damage: 6 -> 7.
Ftilt2 Angle: 50 - 55.
Ftilt2 Hitpause: 8 -> 7.
Ftilt2 has slightly larger hitboxes.
What Ftilt you are doing will now depend on the distance to the nearest opponent.

Fstrong was missing an animation frame, whoops.
Fstrong is more intangible on the hand, and has a slightly larger hitbox.
Potemkin now has a shorthop. He used to have same speed on full jump and shorthop.
Potemkin now can directional airdodge, at half the speed/distance of basecast.
Potemkin now has a more invincible roll, from 14 frames to 20 frames.

Fixed some AI bugs.
Fixed Roman Cancel's bugged hurtbox.
Fixed some voicelines being too spammy, they happen a bit later now.

Walk and Dash speed up by 0.5 units.
Nspecial and HPB will now NOT kill Potemkin when falling off stage.
Around half of the normal moves have gotten 1~3 more frames hitpause.

Fixed a bug that made Potemkin gain more height than intended during Uspecial.
Fixed a bug that prevent Potemkin from jumping and doing Uspecial at the same time.
