Added Brown goats
Added Scottish Blackface sheep breed (ewes have horns)
Added Jacob's Sheep breed (rams have four horns, and ewes have two)

Below renames only affect the cosmetic name not the code name, so should be compatible

Renamed Sheep:
- Black & White -> Norfolk Horn
Renamed Cows:
- Brown -> Jersey
- Black & White -> Holstein
- Black -> Angus
