Kraken Buff:
-Slightly increased health, prot and bleed res
-Increased Bleed on Watery Tomb
-Tentacles have 2 actions but are slower
-Added a SPD buff to A Thousand Arms
-Stress Tentacle no longer does AoE

-Adjusted loot on each difficulty
-Apprentice: 1 CC trinket + Chance for Kraken trinket
-Veteran: 1 CC trinket + 1 Very Rare trinket + Chance for Kraken trinket
-Champion: 2 CC trinkets + Chance for Kraken trinket
-All 3 Kraken boss quests still have an additional CC trinket as a quest reward
