Update to Pixie, it's been quite a while huh? I want focus on overhauling her entire kit in this patch (again...), looking at every move she has and adjusting it in some way for the sake of balance, playability, and/or how I feel about the move. I want to try and balance Pixie with the knowledge I gained balancing Vamp&Ire as well as making Slimegirl, along with reducing some of the annoyances that Pixie has had (like the barrier coming back mid combo).

I’m also gonna attempt to mitigate the whole "air stalling" and "running away" thing that she's practically made for.

That being said, I will be away for about a month, and I may or may not have access to my laptop while I’m away so I will be releasing the patch early.

[Pixie]
-When Pixie's mana is full (exactly 1000), excess mana is stashed away, only certain moves may access this mana
Doing attacks will still take away from active mana, unless otherwise specified
Up to 750 excess mana can be stored before the rest is discarded
Added a new button in UI which will treat some of her mana regen as excess when toggled
-Decreased mana regen efficiency (110% => 108%)
-The "Release" button is always visible
-The exact mana gained/lost via action every turn is shown under Pixie
-Fixed the bug causing the "Float" button to reset after undoing an action
-Increased the combo requirement for Pixie to receive a x0.77 mana regen reduction (2 => 3 hits)
-Increased Pixie's normal air speed (15 => 19)
-Increased Pixie's normal fall speed (8.5 => 10)

-Crippled Pixie's max HP (15000 => 6500)
-Increased base mana regen rate efficiency (83% => 110%)
-Increased mana regen multiplier while the barrier is active (x0.40 => x0.45)
-Increased mana regen multiplier while [God Ray] is active (x0.75 => x0.85)
-Added a mana regen multiplier while in a combo that is greater than 2 hits (x0.77)

There's currently a bug in singleplayer where undoing an action always resets Pixie's floating button to false.

-Pixie will always have a max of 3 air options, even in neutral
-Fixed some weird prediction errors related to releasing stored momentum

[Barrier]
-Increased the barrier's max HP (1000 => 3200)
-Solid damage dealt to the barrier is no longer reduced:
Previously, high damage attacks would scale to deal slightly more damage than lesser damaging attacks
Now all attacks will deal their respective damage normally
-Increased blocking barrier damage reduction (0.60x => 0.45x)
-Barrier damage is reduced by half while Pixie has armor (can only get armor while she has the barrier on herself)
-Armor is applied on frame 3 of any move that uses it, instead of instantly
-Barrier recharge rates scale with max barrier HP
-Barrier takes a total of (145 frames) to recharge in neutral (66% slower if not recharging)
-Barrier takes a total of (310 frames) to recharge during opponent combos
-Breaking the barrier gives benefits to the opponent once per combo:
Halves the opponents combo proration
-Blocking anything while the barrier is active takes (30) mana away per block
-Increased the recharge delay when Pixie is hit while the barrier is recharging (9f => 12f)

Using [Detonate Barrier] does not count as breaking the barrier
Additionally, it increases melee damage by 9% per charge
[Blink Drive], [Blink Blade], [Mana Blade], [Blender] and [Magna Pulse] will not scale
Can have up to three charges

replaced [Warp Drive] with [Blink Drive] and [Blink Blade] cuz Pixie is not an astronaut
added [Chain Reaction] which is the greatest move ever
added [Bouncer] just because. (she still needs more ground moves)
nerfed [Simple Beam] cuz like, I think it was a little too good
re-added [Wrecker Ball] except you can keep the "ball", good riddens

gaining mana SHOULD be a little bit easier
[Eight Ball] can be done while Pixie is floating
[Slide] and [Brake] are now in the movement category (which psychologically will make you more likely to use them)
