Updated Main Character trait buffs as follows:
- removed overwatch refunding action points
- removed kills rewarding action points
- restored the vanilla game Hero trait's Hero Damage Reduction and removed it from the Main Character trait

Removed opponent ranged accuracy debuff because Heroes were basically untouchable by most units and also struggle to damage each other.

Removed damage debuff against other heroes.
