* Added New ARC armour model. Config is unchanged. (SPP coming next week)
* Added Black EP3 kama
* Fixed holster (DC17 now fits in it again)
* Power3 80Rnd reduced to 60 rounds (class name updated)
* Power5 3Rnd increased to 5 rounds (class name updated)
* ARC trooper NPCs now spawn with the correct vest item
* Removed the non-existent green Shoretrooper helmet from config
* DC-17M sniper mag should work now (I forgot to give it ammo lol)
* DC-17M AT mag now has 3 rounds, and deals reduced damage (now 1/3rd). Also change the display name
* GCW helmet props are now visible
* Added more prop helmets (pretty much every helmet)
* Scopes on snipers and the 773/774 will now hide when you equip an optic on it
