fixed a few decos that had become layered wrong after the update especially captains couch

Fixed duct in expansion room, fixed several sprites that had depth changed.

Small cosmetic changes per usual.

Big change I have been considering for a long time, the lorenzini module in the nose/upper fore ballast can be toggled on to produce noise allowing for easier navigation without sonar turned on due to the size of the ship.

some fairly heavy reworks, single depthcharge loader with decos.

cleaned up medbay and outside expansion bay, new deco items.

Removed excess storeage from multiple areas.

redid cabinet in growing room.

removed extra cabinet in research, was messy and unneeded, replaced with tank decoration.

Reworked Jaw to be easier to repair and alignment issues.

turrets shifted to better angle and avoid damaging hulls with mod turrets.

Medbay battery charger added and oxygen shelf moved, security medbay oxygen shelf removed.

shifted around some cosmetics and other minor items.

Several issues with placement since last patch fixed.

Added extra drain in expansion room as it wasn't draining fast enough causing more water related issues than intended.

Changed captains items significantly, got rid of the double O2 bottles as it is overkill now.
