Removed Pizza Tower mode and (Old) Rune Gimmick

Runes:
Rune B is a different more simple rune
Rune L was reworked to be on cooldown instead of meter. (you can use it once per stock unless you are a gamer and survive a minute in abyss mode)

Fspecial:
Cooldown 35 -> 25 (once you land onto the ground)

Dair:
Edited the hitboxes to make the spike hit easier to land

Nair:
Start up 9 -> 8
* I just wanted to see how it felt in game

(Musical) Notes:
Every hitbox has 20 frames of inital transcendent. (30 if it bounces on a trampoline)

Removed The Confidence gimmick * I felt like it brought down the character
(If you want to try the old gimmick then just enable runes)

Init:
Dash speed 6.3 -> 6.75
Initial Dash speed 6.9 -> 7.5

Added a spike hitbox * It functions like a weaker spike (Unlike SSL Samira due to how Different SSL is)

Music Notes:
Notes were brought down from 6 -> 4 (Start and bass clef removed) * I felt like it was too redundant

Readded the ability to walljump cancel (I forgot to add it back when I was recoding it)

Gimmick:
You start at no notes again.
Test: Placed the time to lose meter to be so slow that it won't affect gameplay (15%,12% -> 145%,120%)

Nspecial:
No note KBS 0.3 -> 0.4
No note damage 5 -> 6
No note Angle 60 -> 45
You can b-reverse this move now

Uspecial:

The trampoline will stay out longer based on if you spawned it on the ground or in the air

Extended the range of this move (through animation)

* Changed this move purpose to be for air combos instead of grounded combo with is now jab's main purpose

Treble lasts 30 frames longer
1/4th note Starts out with 8 Damage (originally 4) & does less damage overtime
renamed left note to start note for easier explaining (2nd note is now called 1/4th note)

Notes can hit the trampoline to get a slight boost

v1.15 This is probably the last Balance patch for a bit (So I can focus on other things)

Uspecial:
Removed cooldown for uspecial (not the trampoline cooldown)
On walljump the trampoline dies

Fspecial:
4 Frames faster (It was back to what I originally was going make the frame data)
You can jump, attack or special cancel this move after a bit

Nspecial:
Instead of on held it will do the stall if you are in the air
Meter gain on hit 35*Note -> 75*Note

Notes:
Right note goes much higher
8th note Does more KB
Beamed note sends backwards
Treble Clef has slightly more hitpause than Bass Clef
Treble Clef has higher slightly higher gravity

Gimmick:
On hit the meter freeze time should apply with hitstop full
You get more meter on hit if it is on a note hitbox, slightly less on normal hitboxes
when you get hit lose more meter Damage*1.2,KB*0.6 -> Damage*1.4,KB*0.6
Drain Speed 12%,8% -> 15%,12%
Drain Speed slower start 60 -> 120

Dspecial:
Able to stop the move out 30 frames earlier
You can press attack to throw a note out.
