Gimmick:
On hit you lose slightly more meter Damage*1.05,KB*0.15 -> Damage*1.2,KB*0.6
Max lost 30 -> 45

Fspecial:
Hsp 7 -> 8

Nspecial:
Fixed an error where the projectile would put Fspecial on a cooldown instead of Nspecial
Hitbox size changes if higher charge should be back
Meter gain on hit 30*Note -> 35*Note

Gimmick:
Projectile meter gain on hit 4 -> 5

v1.13 Buffs / Gimmick Rework

Added some more runes

Rune B:
During dash your meter goes up

Rune G:
Buffs to Air Accel, Wavedash, Parry and Nspecial lifetime * Reworked runed

Rune N:
Functions more like a counter, so if you don't land it you are more likely to get punished.
install timer 600 -> 900

Rune M:
It will base it off of knockback_adj instead of KB
Fstrong, Uair & Ustrong weak hit were added

Rune I:
Base charge speed 4 -> 5

Rune F:
Minor hitpause increase on strongs
Dstrong KBS 0.9 -> 0.95

On hit you gain meter slightly more (based on kb)

Nspecial:
Reworked to be the toss.
Notes do different things now, so each have a different use
First note charge spawns in automatically
* I was originally going to make Nspecial the sing and throw but I couldn't find two new specials off the spot

Dspecial:
Reworked to be the charge
It charges the notes much faster, so there is a reason to use them
You can cancel this move 5 frames earlier

Uspecial:
Cooldown 80 -> 120
Reduced on how high you bounced
Lifetime 150 -> 120
Start up 7 -> 8
* Stalling/Camping should be much harder to do

Fspecial:
New Move Entirely

Added a few runes

Rune B:
Dspecial is able to prevent the combo counter from going down

Rune E:
Utilt has much more kill power
Fair sourspot has increased kill power

-Normal-

General:
Added Famous Jetie Character Alt, and 2 other alts idk

Init:
KBA 0.96 -> 0.99 (I think with the recent buffs, It should be a good time to bring back her original kba)
Waveland Adj 1.35 -> 1.3

Gimmick:
Fixed a bug where if you got hit it would go under 0
You lose meter base on subtraction instead by of precent (Example you get hit by zetter Ustrong (at 0%) and your meter was at 600 instead of going down to 570 it would go down to 590)
Max meter lost on hit is now 30
On successful parry it will freeze the meter for a tiny bit
Getting parried lost meter (physical) 100 -> 60

Dspecial:
Hits on notes increasing the meter 1 -> 6
Instead of being one per frame it is now 2 per frame
3 per frame 45F -> 55F

Uspecial:
Slight increase of cooldown when you get hit 30 -> 40

Walljump vsp 8 -> 12 (Baldi does this, and I wanted to test it on Samira to see if it helps her recovery)

Nair:
Slightly edited hitbox to fit the animation a bit better

Gimmick:
There is a hud that shows you how much you have charged
Charge goes down faster naturally
On hit you lose 5% (10% on very high kb & 2% on low kb) of your meter (This is so hopefully it is less like "I did this work all for nothing" all of time)
Max Meter 1800 -> 1500
Edit the time on where the colors start changing
Losing all your meter should correctly reset dash speed

Dspecial:
Reworked on how cancelling the move works so it doesn't feel as bad to do
Charges faster when she plays music for longer

Most Importantly:
Gave Samira a Taunt

Made starting points for tier 1 slightly harsher (-30 -> -50)
B: Each death makes you lose 2000 points, so be careful
B: Getting hit add hitstun*0.75 to the neutral timer (the timer before combo timer starts dropping)
B: Score goes down by 5 every second during lap 2
